1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website and services of Wu Labs Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

Wu Labs Ltd provides software development, web development, and IT consultancy services. Specific terms for projects will be set out in separate agreements or statements of work. These Terms apply to your use of our website and general engagement with us.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property rights in work produced under a project will be assigned to the client upon full payment. Wu Labs Ltd retains rights to any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or methodologies used in delivering the work.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wu Labs Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the relevant project.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
